About the Author

Hello, here you can just call me Warthog. I've had a fixation on Tezcatlipoca for quite some time now, and an interest in the 'good old' days of the internet that I can't help but mythologize due to experiencing it only when I was too young and immature to fully appreciate it. So here we are with a website on the indie web about Tezcatlipoca and all the things I've learned about him in my hobbyist research.

Tezcatlipoca related personal projects and writings

• Ascendance of Obsidian, a fighting game made for a game jam about jaguar warriors fighting to become the next ixiplta of Tezcatlipoca.
• The character of Obsidian Cross actually first appeared in a promotional newsletter post I did about some of my fiction. Tezcatlipoca directly appeared in an earlier 100 subscriber special I did for the newsletter.
• I wrote a short story that was just making up absurd crossover mythology connections and of course I heavily featured Tezcatlipoca in it.
